Answer: It is uncompressed video. The size will come down when you convert to a format like MPEG or MOV, etc. Also the length plays a role in size. Once you edit it, convert it to MPEG 2 or 4 and adjust the bit rate until you get a reasonable size.

Answer: I suggest making your own. Go to IMDB and do a power search with the criteria you want. Two things you definitely want to filter: "exclude tv series" and "exclude tv episodes". Copy each page of results in Excel (Paste Special - Unicode, so you don't get the links or formatting). Search and replace "# " with "" (empty string) to get rid of the #'s from the ordered list. Search and replace ")*" with ")" to get rid of everything after the dates. Don't use the quotes on either of those. Each page has 200 results, so you'll have to do it 50 times to get your 10,000 movies, but it won't take that long http://www.imdb.com/list Edit: forget that. I forgot you wanted director etc. too.

Answer: I think he's an interesting person. I think his reasons for theism are emotional personally. He just couldn't be comfortable psychologically without theism. Some people are this way. I don't have a problem with theists who are tolerant and open minded though and he certainly is. He has it a bit hard because he is also a scientist who strongly supports the concept of evolutionary theory and some of his fellow theists seem to have a hard time with that.

Answer: When you block a scene, it means that you are going through the motions and your lines for the play. Basically, you need to move as your character would, and have the directions down for where and how you physically move. A director does many things, but your job overall is to help bring the performance together, making sure people know their lines, and putting the act together as a whole. You need to take charge, but also allow room for creative ideas and suggestions from the other members in your group. You probably won't be on the stage, unless you're helping to set up the scene. Oh yes, I am on the level that needs to convince my manager, his manager (director), her manager and then the CEO. Of course the change needs to start with them, so its essential to get their buy-in.

Answer: First of all, you need to be able to articulate the "what" the project is, the "why" (as in the answer above), and the success criteria. Then define critical success factors (including management support), scope (the interdependency of resources, time, and features. Key relationships are going to be really important here. Then the schedule, of course. But people tend to jump to schedule before doing the above steps. That's a fatal mistake! As said above, culture change projects are very difficult. Answer: To become a creative director, you're usually first a copywrighter or art director. The paths to those two positions is a bit different. To become a copywrighter, you've usually majored in journalism at college. To become an art director, you've majored in art. So which one of those suits your strengths? Because depending on which of those you prefer, that will influence which courses you should take in high school. If it's art, then in HS, take all the art you can. If it's writing, then in HS, take all the writing and lit that you can. In addition, take all the standard college prep classes - science, math, etc. - because you'll need your college degree in order to enter the career.

Answer: Wow! Mike, you must really trust your project manager in order to actually give them the authority to do ALL of these tasks. That lease you want the PM to negotiate is going to lock your company into a huge on-going set of expenses for years... I would suggest an approach that seperates site selection and lease negotiation from the actual move. The first set of tasks are (1) creating a timeline and budget for both the short-term relocation project and for the long term lease/purchase expenses, (2) identifying the new location and (3) negotiating a lease/purchase for the property. There are service providers (eg: GOOD real estate broker and attorneys) that need to be involved in these 3 steps of the project but will not be involved in the rest of the move. Also, the senior management in your organization will need to be more deeply involved in this phase than in the nitty-gritty of what mover you use. Now what I would consider is if there is a lake then why not have a the camp break into teams and make their own raft for a raft race? Let's say they'd be limited to rope, recylced plastic, twigs or anything else that is found in nature or is a recycleable. Have at least two people be in the raft during the race that are good swimmers and have them all wear flotation vest. I would also think if there is a super hero and a circus week that maybe they can make their own costumes using old bed sheets. Have a face painting area for both days too. The cost for face paint is economical and can be washed off the childrens faces and their clothes easily. They'll have plenty of fun! For a week dedicated to music makers maybe have a rap contest where the winner get's pizza for them and their sleep mates. If the camp already has music equiptment maybe even have a band contest and semi concert for the kids one night. Decorate the area with Banners that the kids can make and get them involved on the rules will be for the bands and how the judging criteria will be.

Answer: As has already been stated, the formation company should prepare the allocation of new shares, but, if they have finished with the formation and sent all of the paperwork to you, then it is quite easy to do. You will need to hold a general meeting and pass a resolution to allocate the appropriate number of shares to each member. This should be minuted and Form 88(2) prepared and sent to Companies House. This form can be downloaded from Companies House website at: http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/forms/formsOnline.shtml Prepare the appropriate share certificates and enter details of the allocations in the company's Register. I am assuming since you are in the process of incorporation that you have not yet engaged an accountant. I would suggest you do that without much delay as the tax affairs of a company and its directors can be quite complex and it is better getting these dealt with sooner rather than later.
