- Technical and functional support, offering the best solution suited for the customers's problems (methodology, settings, using mode, errors, warnings)
- Coordinate and monitor the requests and the incidents if they are sent to other technical services
- Preparation of technical notes meant to improve the skills of support staff (supply a knowledge base)
- Highlight the versions changes regarding each program to reduce the number of incidents (when the same problems are repeated)

This is very, very wordy. It is OK if you intend to use it for management or as a job specification for a recruitment, but *not* as a CV. A CV needs to be sharper, punchier. I have improved it quite a bit for you, though it probably isn't quite fit for purpose yet. It needs to be shorter, a lot shorter.
